Shipping policy

Shipping 

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Orders leave our facility within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package and varies by destination and carrier conditions.

United States shipping is a flat $5. Canada shipping is a flat $7.

Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

How do I track my order?

All of our parcels are shipped with the United States Postal Service. For international orders your parcel will be handed over to your local postal company for delivery. 

Tracking Instructions:

1. You will receive your tracking number by email 2 days after your order has been dispatched.

2. Go to click here and enter your tracking number and press the track button. You will then see the progress of your parcel.
